Jonathon Araujo is an Ojibway business leader from Ontario.  He specializes in economic development with First Nation communities and organizations specifically in business,3 P's finance and investment strategies. Jonathon is currently a managing partner for Pontiac Community Developers, a Treasurer for Peel Aboriginal Network and a Business Growth Leader for CORE Advisory. While obtaining his education, he volunteered his time with an Ojibway Elder on campus who provided mentorship in exchange. During that time, Jonathon created retention programs and assisted in increasing Aboriginal population for the Institution. Jonathon was then hired full-time during his studies to be the Aboriginal Liaison Officer and was successful in increasing Aboriginal population by 270% with many other successes. Jonathon is very passionate about his work in the community and has built strong relationships with Indigenous leaders in Canada, United States, and New Zealand.
