Venture Strategist of Engineers of Tomorrow, a new venture of Engineers Without Borders Canada that inspires the next generation of game-changers and problem-solvers through effective, impactful engineering outreach to youth and the general public.I am a graduate of the Automotive Engineering and Management (Hons) program at the University Of Ontario Institute Of Technology (UOIT), a program I enrolled in due to a passion for transportation technology, specifically electric vehicles and mass transit. I have a couple of years of experience at two different automotive companies, working in aftersales technical and business development departments. A major part of my academic career was my experience with Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Canada. The organization had me looking beyond the traditional technical attitudes, towards broader approaches to solving problems. I then moved to a volunteer role with EWB as part of their Global Engineering curriculum distributed team, working with engineering students, educators and professionals to promote globally minded thinking in the university classroom. That role paved the way to my current role with Engineers of Tomorrow.
