The session will assist in building the skills of vulnerability and authenticity in regards to developing right relations with those we serve, as social change agents. In this workshop, we will explore the unique perspectives each of us carry, and how they affect the work we do, especially when intersecting with people from different societal structures, backgrounds and experiences. It is our goal that you will leave this workshop with a stronger understanding of how to build genuine working relationships that nurture equity, value and freedom
